Aura & Manifest offers a **30-day return policy**. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, undamaged condition.
  • For crystal specimens and clusters, the raw mineral must not have been dropped, fractured, altered, or exposed to corrosive elements (such as water on Selenite or Pyrite).
  • The item must be returned in its original, luxurious Aura & Manifest linen pouch and intention boxes.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

Exclusions

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygienic or personalized reasons:

  • **Custom Intention Jewelry**: Any crystal bracelets or necklaces custom-wired to your specific birthdate or custom measurements.
  • **Digital Products**: Personal Astrology maps or AI Bazi/horoscope運势 PDF reports are 100% customized and non-refundable once emailed.
  • **Clearance Items**: Any products purchased during special clearance, final sale events, or marked as "Final Sale".

How to Initiate a Return

1. Send an email to **support@auraandmanifest.com** with your order number and the name of the items you wish to return.
2. Our customer alignment team will verify the request and provide you with our secure warehouse **Return Shipping Address**.
3. Securely pack the items in their original boxes. Note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for packages lost by the carrier during return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your natural crystals arrive broken or damaged due to courier handling, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a free replacement or complete refund immediately. No return of the broken shards is required.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within **5 to 7 business days** (depending on your bank's processing times).
