Tracking Your Energy

Once your crystals have been fully charged and blessed, they are handed over to the shipping carrier. You will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a **USPS/UPS Tracking Link**. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's server.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Natural mineral clusters can be incredibly fragile. If your crystal arrived damaged during transit, please contact us at **support@auraandmanifest.com** within 48 hours of delivery, attaching a photo of the damaged stone and packaging. We will ship a replacement crystal immediately at no additional cost.
